Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks an On Prem Power BI Architect to lead dashboard development, data modeling, and governance for our BI initiatives in Charlotte, NC. This role requires deep Power BI expertise, strong SQL skills, and the ability to guide users through COE office hours and training sessions.

The contract is 12 months, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite) and pay range $60–$66/hour on W2. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and SSRS modernization is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Power BI report/dashboard development experience.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in Enterprise BI environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading sessions.
• Strong problem solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead COE office hours and user education sessions.
• Support Power BI tenants with implementation challenges.
• Collaborate with business partners and IT to optimize data models and dashboards.
