• Experience administering Power BI Service.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize report performance.
• Own data governance, security, and compliance for BI assets.
• Manage Power BI Service administration.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements.
• Stay current with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric roadmap.
