Novo Nordisk A/S in Plainsboro, NJ, seeks an Omnichannel Orchestration Therapeutic Area Lead to design and orchestrate TA-specific customer experiences across paid, earned, owned digital properties, mass media, conventions and field CRM channels.

You will lead a team of Omnichannel Strategists and Specialists, build cross-functional relationships with Brand, Experience Intelligence, IT and Regulatory, and establish KPIs to measure engagement and ROI while ensuring compliance and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years experience in sales, brand management/marketing in pharma or related industry.
• Campaign development through customer experience orchestration and CX solutions.
• Extensive experience across Paid, Earned and Owned channels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive customer journey activation mapping across paid, earned, owned channels.
• Develop activation plans for omnichannel touchpoints across digital, mass media and in person channels.
• Utilize segmentation and analytics for personalized engagement strategies.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance customer experiences and ROI.
• Establish KPIs and monitor outcomes to optimize spend and impact.
