Novo Nordisk in Plainsboro, NJ seeks an Associate CDP Product Owner Director to align MarTech architecture with business goals and customer experience. You will lead design, implementation, and integration of CDP, NBA engines, and campaign execution across channels.

The role guides a team of CX campaign specialists, partners with IT and marketing, manages vendors, and drives continuous improvement through data-driven strategies and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ total marketing experience required; leadership preferred.
• Experience with CDP and NBA technologies or related platforms.
• Knowledge of campaign management and personalization enablement.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive MarTech strategy, architecture, and campaign execution.
• Lead CX campaigns across MarTech platforms with NBA capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and priorities.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure best practices in operations.
• Provide leadership to CX campaign specialists and architects.
