Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Sr Product Analyst to support omnichannel member and provider communications. You will collaborate with the Capability Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient communications across channels and improve engagement.

The role requires experience in healthcare/regulated industries, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based near Schaumburg, IL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in omnichannel communication operations or related project coordination/management.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or regulated industries.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee omnichannel communications for members and providers across mail, SMS, email, IVR, and EMR messaging.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues across channels.
• Coordinate client-driven and regulatory communication updates on supported channels.
• Work with governance, legal, and compliance to meet standards and regulations.
• Support tech teams on enhancements to communications capabilities and platform improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reporting for operational health of communications.
