• Monitor regulatory updates and propose process improvements and cost savings.
• Lead development and management of requirement interpretations with partner organizations.
• Communicate requirement interpretations to health plans/product teams and ensure traceability.
• Codify requirements for system configuration alignment and interpretation where applicable.
• Support interpretation inconsistencies and complaints.
• Develop and promote standards and best practices for requirements across states and products.
• Self-organized reporting to leadership on impact of changes.
