GM Financial is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical direction for marketing technology across the Adobe Experience Cloud suite. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures and align with product teams, security, and compliance.

The role emphasizes end-to-end solution ownership and collaboration. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong architecture experience, cloud and API expertise, and the ability to drive delivery in a multi-team agile environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, product delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of multi-tier architecture and API integration.
• Experience designing customer journey orchestration, segmentation, personalization, and campaigns.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and related tools is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical and architectural vision for Adobe marketing solutions acrossExperience Cloud.
• Continuously evolve solution architecture with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Outline components, interfaces, data flows, and integrations across Adobe clouds and APIs.
• Plan architecture runway enablers through research and prototyping for Adobe platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable stories.
• Support governance, privacy, consent, and compliance alignment for orchestrations and data activation.
• Participate in architecture reviews and risk assessment discussions.
