Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to lead Adobe Experience Platform initiatives across real-time CDP, audience orchestration, and journey activation. You will own architecture, partner with engineering and marketing, and deliver scalable data and activation flows.

You will design XDM schemas, manage identity resolution, and implement governance while guiding deployment, testing, and platform operability in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Proven production experience with Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.
• Strong knowledge of XDM, identity resolution, and profile management.
• Hands-on with AEP ingestion methods and APIs for web/mobile.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure AEP Real‑Time CDP capabilities and audience designs.
• Architect ingestion patterns for cloud storage, APIs, streaming, and batch files.
• Design event-driven journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and activation channels.
• Define integration standards across CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms.
• Coach teams on AEP design practices and ensure delivery quality.
