• Strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing and how to drive sales both in-store and online.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies across retail and digital ecosystems.
• Lead Omni-Channel and Shopper Marketing Go-To-Market strategy with KPI definition and optimization.
• Manage Retail Media Network partnerships and Joint Business Planning with major retailers.
• Optimize marketing spend across e-commerce and shopper channels to maximize ROAS.
• Translate high-level brand strategies into account-specific shopper plans and campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, brand teams, and external agencies to drive growth and program success.
