Job summary

G&W Electric seeks a Project Manager II to focus on customer needs by proactively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage orders, including escalations from Inside Sales Support reps.

As an OM Project Manager II you will develop relationships with key customers, lead end-to-end initiatives, create project plans and schedules, and mitigate risks while coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and successful invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, business, or related field.
• Proven ability to resolve issues independently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Lead end-to-end project initiatives to completion with timely delivery and high-quality deliverables.
• Identify at-risk tasks and escalate appropriately to mitigate impact.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure project success and invoicing accuracy.

Skills

B.S. Degree in Engineering/Business

5+ years customer support/project mgmt

PMP (in progress or certification)

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Strong communication skills
