Job summary

WSG Energy Services is seeking a US Electrical Operations Manager to spearhead the growth, execution, and performance of our electrical construction business across the United States.

The role combines leadership, technical expertise, client management, and strategic decision-making to deliver safe, profitable projects across diverse markets, including utility-scale solar and BESS. extensive travel and collaboration with internal teams are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license or an Electrical Engineering degree with practical field experience.
• 10+ years of electrical construction experience and 5+ years in leadership, operations, PM, or estimating.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale solar, BESS, power generation, industrial, or heavy commercial electrical systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction operations across active and future projects.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams during planning, execution, commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and implement standard electrical construction procedures and best practices.
• Support field teams with troubleshooting and technical decision-making.
• Ensure NEC, NFPA, OSHA compliance and licensing requirements.
• Lead client-facing activities and support business development and proposals.
