Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate to execute and optimize oligonucleotide production. You will train and mentor team members, uphold SOPs and safety standards, and lead investigations into process deviations and CAPAs, while contributing to on-time delivery and product quality in a GMP-like environment.

The role reports to the Production Manager and is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with nucleic acid manufacturing, DNA amplification, purification and sequencing workflows.
• Experience following and improving SOPs with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute and troubleshoot oligonucleotide production workflows to meet throughput, quality, and KPIs.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members while upholding SOPs and safety standards.
• Lead or support investigations related to deviations, quality events, CAPAs, and equipment issues.
