Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking an Oligonucleotide Manufacturing Specialist in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on executing and optimizing measurement-driven oligonucleotide production processes to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

The position reports to the Production Manager, requires 5+ years in manufacturing and a life sciences degree, and is an on-site role in Sunnyvale. DBS tools and SOP adherence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field and 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with nucleic acid manufacturing or sequencing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and strict SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize oligonucleotide production workflows and related manufacturing processes; train new team members.
• Maintain lab equipment, manage inventory, and support investigations into deviations and CAPAs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using DBS tools to improve yield and efficiency.
