Lead process improvements, mentor teams, and develop documentation while supporting startup and transfer activities at a greenfield Houston facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related science field.
• Minimum 10 years of cGMP oligonucleotide, peptide, or small molecule API manufacturing.
• Experience with process validation and commercialization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and transfer processes between facilities.
• Mentor Process Team members and analyze production data.
• Write technical reports and review batch records.
• Lead resolution of technical issues and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory expectations.
