Job summary

Koniag Data Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an experienced Okta IAM Engineer (Senior) to lead enterprise identity and access management across a federal environment. Primary work will be at the client site in Washington DC with approved remote/telework options.

The ideal candidate brings deep Okta expertise across Workforce Identity Cloud, Universal Directory, MFA, SSO, and API access management, along with Zero Trust architecture and federal security compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Cybersecurity/Information Systems.
• Minimum 7 years IAM-related experience with 4+ years engineering Okta in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing/implementing enterprise Okta SSO with SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with FedRAMP or Federal cybersecurity compliance familiarity.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership for enterprise Okta IAM and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Lead design, engineering, and operations of Okta tenant and security controls.
• Manage AMFA, SSO, UD, API Access Management, Lifecycle, and Privileged Access.
• Collaborate with security, network, cloud ops, and government stakeholders.
