Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Okta Engineer to design and implement Okta-based identity solutions for FEMA's OCISO Operations.

You will integrate Okta with ServiceNow, automate access workflows, and support transition from FEIMS to Okta, while applying Zero Trust RBAC and MFA across applications.

This role requires extensive IAM experience, Okta certifications, and strong collaboration with federal teams to deliver secure identity services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on Okta platform implementation and administration.
• Okta Certified Professional or Okta Certified Administrator required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Okta workflows and APIs for access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Integrate Okta with ServiceNow for lifecycle management and approvals.
• Refactor ServiceNow catalog items to use Okta APIs and workflows.
• Support transition from FEIMS to Okta as the identity source.
• Design attribute management processes and bulk import templates.
• Consolidate identities and standardize attribute values.
• Extend MFA across FEMA applications.
• Implement RBAC aligned with Zero Trust.
• Support attestation campaigns and privileged account reviews.
• Produce technical docs and SOPs; provide training to FEMA staff.
