Job summary

The University of Texas System Administration seeks a land professional to maintain oil and gas lease records, prepare reports, and review Production Sharing Agreements for development within UT lands.

You will collaborate with Land Admin, IT, GIS, and Accounting to ensure accurate ownership records, assist with lease sales, and support special projects while upholding UT System's equal employment opportunity commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of related experience.
• Each additional year of experience can substitute for college hours (30 sem. hrs).
• Familiarity with oil and gas lease processes and title research is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track oil and gas agreements related to PUF operations.
• Coordinate with Land Admin to obtain title information and research wells.
• Run reports with contract systems and GIS to monitor drilling activity.
• Maintain ownership records for lessees and operators on PUF lands.
• Support lease sales and assist landmen on special projects.
