Qualifications

• Deepwater offshore project experience required.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering packages.
• Experience coordinating calculations, drawings, procedures and offshore support.
• Ability to interpret client specifications and vessel constraints.

Responsibilities

• Establish engineering strategy, execution plan, and technical approval requirements.
• Define scope, interfaces, verification, and resource use for engineering work.
• Ensure deliverables are fit for purpose and properly documented.
• Lead technical clarifications with client scope and acceptance criteria.
• Develop execution plans, WBS, schedules, and mobilization scopes.
• Coordinate with operations, vessel, and vendors to support offshore execution.
