Job summary

Morrison Energy Group, LLC is seeking a Project Engineering Specialist to lead engineering and technical delivery of offshore projects. You will translate client requirements into safe, constructible work scopes and provide governance, planning, interface management, and technical leadership from tender to mobilization and closeout.

The role requires deepwater offshore project experience, strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams, and ability to coordinate complex technical deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Professional registration or equivalent recognized credential preferred.
• Deepwater offshore project experience required.
• Progressive project engineering or engineering-management experience in offshore construction, subsea, marine, diving, IRM, intervention, heavy lift, installation, or decommissioning work.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering packages and offshore execution documentation from tender through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Establish the project engineering strategy, execution plan, design basis, deliverable register and technical approvals.
• Define scope, interfaces, verification requirements, and use of internal or third-party resources.
• Ensure deliverables are fit for purpose, checked, approved and controlled.
• Lead technical decision, risk, change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development with technical strategy and risk identification.
• Lead clarifications of client scope, specs, drawings, data, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.
