Job summary

Morrison Energy Group, LLC is seeking a Project Engineering Specialist to lead the engineering and technical delivery of offshore projects. You will translate client requirements into safe, constructible work scopes and provide governance, coordination, and leadership from tender through mobilization and closeout.

Responsibilities include defining scope, ensuring deliverables meet specifications, and guiding multidisciplinary teams in offshore execution, validation, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related technical field.
• Professional registration or equivalent credential preferred.
• Deepwater offshore project experience required.
• Proven track record delivering multidisciplinary engineering packages and offshore execution documentation from tender through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Establish project engineering strategy, execution plan, design basis, deliverable register, review cycle, and technical approvals.
• Define engineering scope, interfaces, verification requirements, and use of internal/third-party resources.
• Ensure deliverables are fit for purpose, checked, approved, and controlled.
• Lead technical clarification of client scope, specs, drawings, data, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop execution plans, WBS, schedules, procurement requirements, and mobilization scopes.
• Coordinate with operations, vessel, diving, marine, and client representatives for risk and readiness reviews.
