Job summary

The EPI Group in Indiana is seeking a skilled 2nd Press Operator to manage offset press projects and ensure they meet job specifications and quality standards. You will coordinate workloads to optimize productivity while performing routine maintenance and collaborating with team members to exceed customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of running 40" sheet fed presses and familiarity with Man Roland systems.

Qualifications

• Legal ability to work in the United States.
• High school diploma/GED with experience or vocational/technical certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of running 40" sheet fed press experience.
• Man Roland press experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and meet deadlines.
• Comply with OSHA safety requirements.
• Participate as a key player in the Production Team by supporting as needed.
• Communicate with the General Manager/Owner, the Production Manager, the Sales team to ensure objectives are met.
• Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals.
