Job summary

Leadership Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to support its growth. The role involves performing fund operations, bank reconciliations, and portfolio valuations, acting as maker/reviewer/checker, and ensuring timely regulatory reporting.

You will monitor and reconcile investments, liaise with auditors for audits, and prepare Net Asset Valuations while ensuring pricing processes meet audit standards.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to work independently.

Job description

Our client, a financial institution, is seeking experienced professional to join them for their business expansion.

Responsibilities

Perform fund operation, bank reconciliation and portfolio valuations for different Funds as maker/ reviewer/checker

Monitor and reconcile the fund investment transactions and reconcile Investment positions on a regular basis

Handle regulatory reports & liaise with auditors for the audit of funds

Monitor Portfolio of Investment positions and prepare Net Asset Valuations for the funds

Ensure that the pricing/valuation process are adhered to audit procedures and ensure service standards are met

Arrange funds set up & participate in Continuous Improvement Projects

Prepare necessary financial reports for management

Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

University graduate in Accounting or Finance discipline

Member of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent is an advantage

Min 3 years’ experience in Fund Accounting

Proficient in PC applications (Excel and Word); experience in accounting system application is preferred

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong initiative with good problem-solving skills
