Job summary

The Timberline Group is seeking a Sr Office Technologies Engineer in St. Louis, MO to enhance collaboration tools and platforms. You will administer Office 365 apps, provide training, and drive knowledge sharing across IT teams to improve support and security policies.

You will design document management solutions, perform root-cause analysis, and evaluate new collaboration tools while leading device management via MECM and Intune. This is a hybrid role with headquarters in St. Louis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineer, Network Engineer or related field.
• 5-7 years of technical experience.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a dynamic team.
• Experience with managing On Premise and O365 Exchange in a hybrid environment.
• Experience implementing and managing AVD.
• Ability to oversee offshore support for AVD.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Servers/Clients and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD with 365 integration.
• PowerShell proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer O365 Applications (Power Platform, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
• Provide internal TEAMS training and staff development on supported apps.
• Support global onsite IT staff and share knowledge.
• Design and communicate document management solutions for migrations.
• Perform end-to-end root cause analysis for Office 365 issues.
• Evaluate and deploy next-gen collaboration tools; plan changes.
