Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of progressively responsible work experience in an office setting (medical or veterinary, bookkeeping).
• Valid driver’s license with a motor vehicle record compliant with Driving for University Business SAP.
• Accounting experience or degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of WSVL invoices; verify charges align with tests and fee schedule.
• Manage Pcard expense reporting and maintain financial ledgers for daily accessions and charges.
• Interpret and apply UW/WSVL/state/federal policies; assist clients and coordinate with staff.
• Post to Excel-based ledgers and collaborate with the WSVL accountant to improve processes.
