Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data.
  • Provide feedback, designs, proposals and plans aligned with TTUHSC's vision.
  • Interact with Administration, Faculty and Staff.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies to support goals and initiatives.
  • Handle fax intake and processing.
  • Manage incoming faxes and direct to appropriate workqueue.
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately.
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Participate in training and expand knowledge of organization and clinics.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Position Description

Performs clerical duties of a specialized or technical nature,which may be performed in a variety of settings. Responsibilitiesmay include basic bookkeeping, typing, word processing, filing,sorting, posting, verifying, recording, and data coding andprocessing of moderate complexity. A general understanding oforganizational policies and procedures and some expertise in thearea of assigned work is required. Duties are performed underdirection within established policies and procedures with jobperformance based upon completion of assigned tasks.

Major/Essential Functions


  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.

  • Provide feedback, designs, proposals and plans on all tasks asthey relate to the vision and mission of the TTUHSC and theSOM.

  • Work with all aspects of the TTUHSC, to include,Administration, Faculty and Staff.

  • Interact with outside Agencies to provide valuable contacts andsupport for all goals and initiatives.

  • Fax intake and processing

  • Manage incoming faxes. Direct to appropriate workqueue(WQ)

  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and toolsappropriately.

  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metricswhile providing excellent consistent customer service.

  • Take part in training and other learning opportunities toexpand knowledge of organization, clinics and position.

  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
