Job summary

NVIDIA's Product Security organization seeks a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to push the frontier of AI-driven defensive/offensive security. You will help build autonomous red team agents and expand their exploitation capabilities across cloud, web apps, and systems.

You will mentor engineers, design verification layers to reduce false positives, and ensure safe autonomy with sandboxing and scope controls. Expect equity benefits and a dynamic, innovative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in security engineering with at least 4 years in offensive security.
• Hands-on exploitation skill in web apps, cloud/Kubernetes, or systems/binary.
• Strong software engineering ability in Python; production code.
• Experience building with LLMs: agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and building new red team agents: autonomous and semi-autonomous LLM agents.
• Extending agent harnesses across runtimes and providers.
• Encoding operator tradecraft into prompts, tools, and playbooks.
• Building verification harnesses to prove findings before humans see them.
