Job summary

NVIDIA's Product Security organization is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to advance AI-driven offensive security through agent-based attacks and exploitation chains. You will design autonomous red team agents, extend multi-agent harnesses, and encode operator tradecraft into prompts and tools, while ensuring safety and verification at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in security engineering with at least 4 years in offensive security.
• Hands-on exploitation skills in web, cloud/Kubernetes, or systems.
• Strong production Python code experience.
• Experience building with LLMs: agent frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.
• Judgment on autonomous offensive tooling and scope.
• Responsible approach to offensive testing and safety.

Responsibilities

• Craft and build new red team agents: autonomous/semi-autonomous LLM agents for reconnaissance, exploitation, and evidence capture against NVIDIA targets.
• Extend agent harnesses across runtimes and providers (orchestration, subagents, judge/verifier, callbacks).
• Encode operator tradecraft into prompts, tools, and playbooks for web app exploits, auth bypass, SSRF/deserialization, cloud/Kubernetes paths.
• Build the verification layer to prove findings before human review and reduce false positives.
• Advance safety: sandboxing, scope enforcement, credential isolation, and prompt-injection defenses for agents.
• Benchmark frontier models for offensive tasks and translate engagements into repeatable agent capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and set high technical standards for agentic tooling.
