NVIDIA's Product Security organization is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to advance AI-driven offensive security with autonomous agents. You will craft red team agents, extend harnesses, and embed operator tradecraft into prompts and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in security engineering with 4+ years in offensive security.
• Hands-on exploitation in web, cloud/Kubernetes, or systems/binary domains.
• Strong Python production coding experience.
• Experience with LLM-driven agent frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Craft and build red team agents for reconnaissance, exploitation, and evidence capture.
• Extend agent harnesses across runtimes and model providers.
• Encode operator tradecraft into prompts, tools and playbooks for web, cloud, and Kubernetes attack paths.
• Build exploit verification harnesses to reduce false positives.
• Develop safety controls: sandboxing, scope enforcement, and prompt-injection defenses.
• Evaluate frontier models and turn engagements into repeatable agent capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar for agentic tooling.
