CVS Health is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead offensive operations and tooling development. You will own the tooling ecosystem and contribute hands-on to adversary emulation and complex engagements against enterprise and cloud environments.

The role mentors operators, drives scalable methodologies, and aligns offensive capabilities with business and security priorities. A strong background in information security and leadership is essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity.
• 7+ years direct experience in offensive operations.
• 5+ years building or utilizing offensive tooling in real-world environments.
• 3+ years leading complex technical engagements.
• 3+ years programming/scripting in Python, C/C++, C#, PowerShell, Golang.
• 3+ years in technical writing and post-engagement debriefs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, integration, and evolution of offensive tooling and supporting capabilities.
• Establish and promote best practices for tooling design, automation, and technical standards.
• Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and techniques into offensive operations.
• Lead or support complex adversary emulation and red team engagements.
• Design and execute advanced testing scenarios across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Mentor operators and engineers; provide guidance on tradecraft and tooling usage.
