CVS Health is seeking a Principal Engineer for Offensive Operations to own and evolve our offensive tooling ecosystem while leading advanced adversarial engagements across enterprise and cloud environments.

This hands-on role combines technical leadership with mentorship, shaping best practices, driving repeatable methodologies, and translating findings into measurable improvements for the safety and security of our associates and customers.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of information security or cybersecurity experience.
• 7+ years direct experience in offensive operations and tactics.
• 5+ years building or using offensive tooling in real-world environments.
• 3+ years leading complex technical engagements.
• 3+ years programming/scripting in one or more languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, C#, PowerShell, Golang).
• 3+ years in technical writing and post-engagement debriefs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, integration, and evolution of offensive tooling and capabilities.
• Promote best practices for tooling design, automation, and standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and techniques for offensive operations.
• Lead or support adversary emulation and red team engagements.
• Design and execute advanced testing across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Mentor operators and engineers, guiding tradecraft and problem-solving.
