PTAG in Hamlet, NC is seeking a Lead OFCI & Commissioning Support to drive equipment delivery coordination, testing, and documentation for complex capital projects. You will manage OFCI logs, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and lead weekly coordination meetings to ensure L2–L5 testing stays on schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination, procurement/logistics, or commissioning support.
• Familiarity with Owner‑Furnished Contractor‑Installed (OFCI) equipment processes and IST methodology.

Aufgaben

• Manage the OFCI Log for equipment deliveries and align with project schedule.
• Coordinate deliveries from offsite storage facilities and integrators as needed.
• Resolve delivery conflicts and escalate to maintain schedule integrity.
• Create and manage resource scheduling requests for L2–L5 testing.
• Maintain a shared OFCI vendors/subcontractors contact list for communications.
• Monitor QC/commissioning documentation and drive close-out timing.
• Manage Procore for documentation review and coordination with vendors.
• Perform equipment assurance reviews to confirm submittals match received equipment.
• Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to align deliveries with schedules.
• Lead weekly OFCI vendor and trade coordination meetings and track progress.
• Support daily L4/L5 commissioning activities and update resource schedules.
