Job summary

VSE Aviation seeks a Senior OEM Program Leader for Engine Accessories to oversee the full lifecycle of its OEM partnerships, ensuring deliverables meet technical, schedule, and reporting requirements. This role requires leadership across Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Legal.

The candidate will develop long-term program strategies, manage financial performance, and drive operational excellence, while maintaining executive-level relationships with OEM

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large OEM programs and partnerships.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, supply chain, and operations.
• Excellent strategic planning, forecasting, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for major OEM partners and the company.
• Understand OEM requirements (technical, schedule, reporting) and ensure delivery.
• Develop program roadmaps and long-term strategies for performance and growth.
• Coordinate contract development, negotiations, and audits with partners.
• Communicate high-level engineering requirements to the program team.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the program.
• Represent VSE at customer meetings, supplier facilities, and industry events worldwide.
