Job summary

DRT Strategies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead organizational development and change management for a two-phase FDA engagement.

You will assess structures, design future-state models, and guide leadership through transition, ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable outcomes.

This role requires expert facilitation, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver actionable roadmaps within a firm-fixed-price framework.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in organizational development/change management for federal or large clients.
• Experience supporting FDA or health sector projects is a plus.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as delivery lead across two sequential phases: Section I and II.
• Act as senior-level interface with FDA leadership and COR.
• Mobilize Section I assessments through interviews, surveys, and analysis.
• Develop future-state organizational design concepts and roadmaps.
• Lead and oversee organizational assessment activities.
• Ensure adherence to federal boundaries and responsible conduct.
