Job summary

DRT Strategies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Organizational Effectiveness & Mission Execution SME to lead FDA OGPS/OPLIA engagements. The role combines program leadership with organizational judgment to guide a multidisciplinary team through two phases, delivering practical, risk-balanced recommendations.

The candidate will advise senior federal leaders, manage complex FF P efforts, and ensure transition readiness between phases while upholding strict governance and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or management consulting for U.S. Federal Government.
• Experience leading federal organizational assessments and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to manage FF P engagements with tight deadlines.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior federal leaders.
• Ability to maintain boundaries between advisory services and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall delivery lead across two phases for FDA OGPS and OPLIA.
• Act as trusted advisor with FDA leadership and COR; navigate priorities.
• Mobilize Section I rapidly; establish delivery approach, staffing, governance.
• Manage a dense portfolio of deliverables with validated findings.
• Lead organizational assessment activities: interviews, surveys, workload analysis.
• Design and facilitate sensitive interviews and leadership sessions.
• Ensure balanced, evidence-based assessment products with clear findings.
• Lead development of future-state organizational options and roadmaps.
• Maintain boundaries between advisory work and federal decisions.
• Own FFP delivery scope, staffing, schedule, and risk management.
• Prepare PM plans, status reports, agendas/minutes, and risk updates.
