DRT Strategies, Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant to support a two-phase Federal engagement focused on organizational redesign, leadership continuity, and change management.

You will assess current-state structures, translate findings into actionable future-state designs, and guide leadership through organizational change with credibility and discipline. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent residence required to obtain clearance.
• Minimum 7+ years in organizational development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational assessments and redesign efforts across sections.
• Facilitate leadership sessions and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop future-state concepts, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Ensure evidence-based, defensible recommendations with risk-aware messaging.
• Maintain traceability from evidence to findings and recommendations.
