Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant to join our Strategy Consulting team in the United States.

This role supports high-quality project delivery on diverse initiatives such as grid modernization, IT/OT benchmarking, and business case development. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will lead change management workstreams, mentor teams, and help create reusable collateral while delivering value across multiple engagements for

Qualifications

• Requires Prosci Change Management certification.
• Experience deploying OC M within electric or gas utilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy and execution for client projects.
• Identify and document current and to-be states based on client objectives.
• Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps.
• Manage programs and coordinate across multiple projects.
• Mentor and lead project teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Gather data and conduct workshops; present deliverables to stakeholders.
