TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Senior Consultant to join our Strategy Consulting team in Minnesota.

You will contribute to high-quality project delivery across business process planning, grid modernization, IT/OT benchmarking, and deployment strategies. You will partner with clients, provide a technology-agnostic point of view, and lead multiple projects while mentoring teams and delivering on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA preferred
• 9+ years of experience in team-based environment
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Knowledge of utility grid operations and modernization programs

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management strategy and execution on client engagements
• Identify, validate and document current and to-be states based on client objectives
• Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps
• Mentor and lead project teams to deliver on time and budget
• Deliver presentations to client stakeholders at all levels
• Support business development activities
