Guidehouse seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Senior Consultant to drive engagement execution for change management initiatives across federal, state, and local programs. You will manage stakeholder relationships, develop readiness assessments, communications analyses, and collateral while guiding client teams through implementation.

You will lead or contribute to multiple work streams, deliver high-quality client deliverables, and present results to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years in change management or related field preferred.
• Experience leading one or more tasks or work streams within a client engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels; ability to craft client-facing materials.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of change management activities and deliverables.
• Lead or co-lead work streams within client engagements.
• Develop stakeholder engagement content and communications plans for change initiatives.
• Prepare concise briefings for senior executives and clients.
• Track progress, risks, and metrics of change programs.
