Job summary

Orion is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to foster and manage advisor relationships, promoting our OCIO and Custom Indexing solutions. The role will drive sales across channels and serve as a key subject matter expert.

The position is hybrid, with three or more days on-site at one of the Greater Philadelphia office locations, and candidates must reside within commutable distance. Responsibilities include presenting to financial advisors, educating them on Orion's OCIO offerings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment consulting or related field.
• Licensing: Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Foster and manage relationships with financial advisors to promote Orion OCIO solutions.
• Present Orion OCIO products knowledgeably to advisors and clients.
• Educate advisors on Custom Indexing and OCIO offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Investment, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities.
• Travel 25–50% to regions within the Greater Philadelphia area.
• Act as liaison across Orion Wealth Platform and Technology ecosystems.
