Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
• Must have three years experience as an Occupational Therapist; or two years with a Doctorate; or completion of HM fellowship/residency.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete evaluations across a broad range of diagnoses and acuities.
• Provides education to patients, families and caregivers.
• Collaborates with the interprofessional care team to adjust treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Balances caseload to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Oversees OT-related activities and mentors staff and students.
