Qualifications

• Graduate of education program approved by the credentialing body for required credential(s).
• Two years of physical therapy experience or completion of HM residency.
• Current BLS or Instructor certification and Texas PT licensure; ECPTOTE readiness within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluation and develop a plan of care for a broad range of diagnoses.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers; mentor students and staff as a resource.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to adjust treatment plans and achieve goals.
• Ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to standards while delivering care.
