Job summary

• Licensed OT in California with valid license.
• Three years of clinical OT experience in multiple specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for OT staff, assistants, interns, and students.
• Ensure performance evaluations are completed for personnel on the service.
• Coordinate staff training and education.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned service.
• Develop and implement service policies, procedures, goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with other medical professionals and staff for patient care and discharge planning.
