Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Coordinates staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures documentation and compliance with department policies and third-party payor requirements.
• Collaborates with physicians and other professionals for discharge planning and care coordination.
