Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate high-impact occupational health, mental health and well-being initiatives.
  • Coordinate clinical and preventive health services including primary nursing care and vaccination programs.
  • Lead wellness and healthy lifestyle programs and monitor workforce health data.
  • Use data insights and AI-enabled tools to improve services and inform decision-making.
  • Support policy development and management of confidential health information.
