Job summary

Centraprise, Corp. seeks an experienced Observability and Monitoring Engineer to design, onboard, and manage enterprise observability solutions using Dynatrace, Splunk, and related tools.

You will ensure application performance, governance, and proactive monitoring across the ERF line of business in a fast-paced setting. The role requires hands-on experience with databases and monitoring platforms, plus strong scripting, dashboarding, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Teradata databases.
• Strong Unix, Perl, and Python scripting capabilities.
• Experience with Autosys job scheduling.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Remedy, and ITRS Geneous.
• Experience creating dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, onboard, and manage enterprise observability platforms.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, and saved searches per stakeholder needs.
• Provide on-call production support as needed.
• Collaborate with senior management and business partners.
