Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer Sr / Principal Enterprise Observability & Monitoring Engineer (Dynatrace) to design, implement, and support our enterprise monitoring ecosystem in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise monitoring or observability.
• Experience administering Dynatrace.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support Dynatrace enterprise monitoring environments.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions for critical apps and infrastructure.
• Develop standards for monitoring, dashboards, and alerting.
• Tune alerting thresholds and reduce false positives while ensuring timely detection.
• Lead onboarding and integration with ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
