Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the Infrastructure Team, focusing on observability for internal and customer-facing systems. You will influence the end-to-end lifecycle, design scalable multi-component services, and drive reliability across Temporal’s ecosystem.

You will collaborate across teams, contribute to design reviews, and develop expertise in Temporal’s architecture and tooling. A strong emphasis on performance, monitoring, and operator capabilities is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building distributed systems at scale.
• Background in observability or data pipelines is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, SQL, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle for features.
• Design, review, implement, deploy and maintain software.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and optimize performance.
