CoreWeave, the essential cloud for AI, is hiring Senior Software Engineers specializing in observability. You will design, build, and scale logging, metrics, and tracing systems, and operate high‑throughput telemetry pipelines across large GPU clusters.

Join a team delivering robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure that enables AI leaders to observe and optimize complex workloads. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, participate in on‑call rotations, and help shape the platform

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficient in Go or Python with production-grade code.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Helm and YAML-based configuration.
• Customer-obsessed, platform-minded engineer.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own core observability infrastructure, including scalable logging, metrics, and tracing platforms.
• Develop and operate high-throughput telemetry pipelines for reliable data ingestion and transformation.
• Tackle observability challenges at extreme scale across GPUs and petabyte-scale telemetry.
• Improve performance, security, reliability, and scalability of observability services.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems and drive durable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed observability as a product and embody platform-first thinking.
• Contribute to the overall observability strategy and platform direction.
