Job summary
Weights & Biases seeks an experienced software engineer to design and scale the Weave observability platform for AI agents and GenAI applications. The role requires building robust APIs and integrations with agent SDKs, while improving backend performance for high-volume production use cases.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep knowledge of Python or TypeScript, and experience in AI agents and large-scale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep knowledge of Python or TypeScript.
- Experience building AI agents is required, and experience with large-scale production services or OLAP databases is preferred.

- Design and scale the Weave observability and monitoring platform for AI agents and GenAI applications.
- Implement robust APIs and build integrations with agent SDKs.
