Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or observability roles.
• Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog/New Relic/Splunk.
• Strong OpenTelemetry, tracing, and structured logging knowledge.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java; CI/CD integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting platforms.
• Improve usability, signal quality, and operational ROI of observability.
• Translate telemetry into actionable insights for engineers and stakeholders.
• Integrate observability with CI/CD and incident management tooling.
